Holistic Care, Culturally Grounded, for Pasifika youth and families.
Based in the heart of South Auckland – Manukau, the Village Collective Clinic creates a safe, culturally grounded space where young people and their families can access wraparound care in one place. The Clinic is led by Pasifika clinicians who bring both medical expertise and deep cultural understanding, delivering services by Pasifika for Pasifika.
We support talavou (youth) from across our whole community, including Maori, Pasifika, living with a disability, rainbow, and gender-diverse young people, ensuring that every voice is heard and every pathway to wellbeing is celebrated. Our holistic approach nurtures physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing, with services spanning health care, mentoring, and health education support.
Through youth-friendly, preventative-focused care, the Village Collective Clinic empowers young people to thrive, build confidence, and navigate life with cultural pride, resilience, and connection.
How We Support You
Whether you’re reaching out for yourself, your whanau, or on behalf of your community, our process is designed to be simple, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
Submit a Referral
Reach out through our online form, email, or direct contact - whether for yourself, a family member, friend, or organisation. If you are referring someone else, please ensure they have given their consent for you to share their information with our team.
Initial Triage & Review
Our team reviews your referral to understand your needs and identify the most appropriate support or service pathway. If your situation is urgent or requires immediate care, we encourage you to go directly to urgent care or the nearest emergency department.
Connection to Services
You will be connected with the right service within Village Collective Clinic - whether it's general health, immunisations, talanoa support, or a specialised programme. If the right support is not available within our kete (basket), we will connect you with other trusted services to ensure you receive the best possible care - even if that sits outside of Village Collective.
Care & Support
Our team provides care in a way that is culturally grounded, respectful, and aligned with your needs and comfort.

Where needed, we continue to walk alongside you - providing follow-up support or connecting you with additional services to ensure continuity of care.
We keep our process simple, respectful, and centered around what works best for you.
